What is a Health Coach?
A holistic health coach is someone who considers your full well being and helps you integrate a new healthy way of living. We not only consider your diet and exercise but your career, relationships, stress management, spirituality, and more. All the kale in the world can’t help if you are so stressed you can’t digest it properly!
What qualifies you to be a health coach?
Upon graduation from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2021, I became certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I have been studying different diets and wellness approaches since 2013. Over the last two years I dove deeply into the world of holistic nutrition and intentional living because of my own health concerns. Read my story here.
What are “personal pain points” ?
Everyone’s body is unique and cries out in its own way when it is in trouble. These cries are your “personal pain points.” Two people may both have trouble balancing their hormones, but it shows up as migraines for one person and weight gain in another. A targeted program is one that takes your bio-individuality to heart. It is a program just for you.
What if I want to keep doing the program for more than 6 months?
After the initial six months, all the programs are renewable or switchable. You can continue in the program you started, or try another one. There is no limit to your renewals, so we can work together for as long as you desire.
